Entry requirements

Undergraduate

We require a תעודת†בגרות† (Matriculation Certificate), also known as the Te'udat Bagrut or the Bagrut with at least three subjects at levels 4 or 5.

Postgraduate

We require a bachelor degree (תואר ראשון) when awarded after three years of study.

English language requirements

We will not accept an Israeli English language qualification as meeting our minimum English language proficiency requirements. Find out more about our English language requirements.

Degree preparation courses at the International College

If you complete your pathway course at the International College at the required level, you are guaranteed entry to a degree at the University of Brighton. Available degree subject areas include accounting and finance, art and design, business management, law with business, and many more.

Home from home

If you're looking for a little taste of home when you're in Brighton, you can check out Kambis restaurant for some delicious shawarma, or you can head to Moksha cafe on London Road for the best shakshuka in Brighton, and for something a little more laid back you can try out We Love Falafel in the North Laine. 

There are also a number of societies you can get involved with where you can find like-minded people with similar interests which gives you the opportunity to be involved in society events to help you ease into student life and get familiar with the city. If you can't find a society that suits your interests then you can start your own society!
