Colin will be based at the GB camps in Belo Horizonte, the sixth largest city in Brazil, and will oversee the physiotherapy and soft tissue therapy to paralympic athletes at the holding camp before they head into Rio for the games.
Colin, who lectures in physiotherapy at the university’s Eastbourne campus in Darley Road, said: “I have been out twice to Belo to ensure everything is planned appropriately for GB athletes attending this summer.”
“It’s an honour to have been chosen and I’m very much looking forward to working with Paralympics GB again and supporting the teams to produce their best performances when it counts”
