“I am very proud of the vitally important role that the University of Brighton plays in supporting the NHS by developing the next generation of health professionals and through our support of a highly successful Medical School.”
Head of the School of Health Sciences, Professor Paula Kersten said: “The NHS is driven by the enduring values of respect, dignity, compassion and patient-focused care. These values are at the very heart of all of our health courses. We have very close partnerships with local and regional NHS Trusts and many of our graduates go on to work in all parts of the NHS.”
The latest cohort of newly-qualified doctors from Brighton and Sussex Medical School will graduate next week at a ceremony at Brighton Dome with graduates from the School of Health Sciences graduating at the beginning of August.
