All responses collected are stored within online surveys by Jisc on behalf of the University of Brighton and in compliance with GDPR. Your responses will be held securely by Jisc online surveys and the University of Brighton, and will not be transferred to any other organisations. Data is stored in the EU.
The main purpose of the survey is to collect feedback on the prospective students experience for future enhancement of activities.
All results are confidential and will only be reported in an aggregated and anonymised form. The data will not be used for any other purpose. Survey data will be retained by the university for use in producing statistical analysis and insight into the applicant experience.
We do not ask for any personal data in our prospective student surveys and to help ensure your own and others’ anonymity, please do not make comments that:
- could enable you as an individual to be identified
- name individuals
- make references that could identify an individual.

We treat all individual responses to the survey in confidence, so we are unable to pass on any queries you raise on your completed survey. If you require an individual response to any issue you have raised about any aspect of your applicant experience please contact our enquiries team.
