The data, from the Higher Education Statistics Agency’s Graduate Outcomes survey, also shows that around eight out of ten of the graduates agreed that their degrees had given them the skills they needed and that their current work or study was a good fit with their long-term career plans.
Commenting on the survey results, Professor Debra Humphris, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Brighton, said: “Our ethos as a university is to equip our graduates with the practical wisdom they need to be successful and to make a positive difference in society. Employability and the practical application of skills and knowledge is embedded in all of our courses. We are immensely proud of what our graduates go on to achieve and these survey results are a testament to their hard work, resilience and ambition.”
