A visible commitment to inclusion of our LGBT+ community is vital to ensuring everyone can bring their whole selves to work.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Debra Humphris said: “I am delighted that our HR team, which includes Equality and Diversity, has been shortlisted for a UHR award recognising all the work done by the Stonewall working group to achieve our Stonewall Top 100 award in 2019.
“Our commitment as a university community to our core value of inclusivity has been recognised by being shortlisted. The work continues, thank you to everyone who plays their part.”
The University of Brighton will go up against the universities of Bradford, Bristol, Glasgow, Northumbria, Solent and Teesside for the award.
