The Help to Grow programme delivered by the University of Brighton is Government subsidised and set up to deliver new skills and empower business leaders to review and grow their business. The mini-MBA style programme is delivered online and face to face and supports participants with a free 1 to 1 mentor, networking opportunities and completing a business plan for growth.
One of the missions of International Women’s Day (IWD) is to forge inclusive work cultures where women's careers thrive and their achievements are celebrated and Help to Grow and Dynamic are pleased to support this mission and offer sponsored places for women (worth £750 each).
The aim of the IWD 2023 #EmbraceEquity campaign theme is to get the world talking about why equal opportunities aren't enough and why we need equity to fully embrace diversity and inclusion.
Dynamic magazine brings businesswomen together with enlightening stories of success, forcefully backed campaigns for equality and a platform for business women to bring to the fore important topics.
Adam Jones, Help to Grow programme director said “We are glad to be working with Dynamic to offer free places to give a boost to women in business. We all have a responsibility towards equality and Help to grow can give women the support to grow themselves and their business”.
