The Menu Museum website has been developed as part of the Hotpot project (2009–2013) between the University of Brighton, UK and Institute Polytechnic LaSalle Beauvais, France and is funded by the European Cross-border Cooperation Programme INTERREG IV A France (Channel) – England, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The purpose of the Menu Museum is to facilitate researchers and students to have a resource of menus that will allow them to review and analyse trends in menu design, pricing, and other areas relating to menu design.
We hope that this source of materials can facilitate research in menu design not only in hospitality management but also design, marketing and even history of menu design. The project website provides the opportunity to both browse through already uploaded menus and upload any menus that you may have in your possession. Please help us spread the message about the Menu Museum project by sharing this through your social networks.
